Founder and Consultant

Mark is proud to be both the president and founder of Legacy Wealth Advisors of NY a financial services firm working with small businesses, families and individuals with a particular interest in Agriculture. Since 2000 Mark has partnered and worked to support businesses and families to help them achieve their version of success.   Mark brings positive actionable progress to projects and works to help people find balance between what needs to be done and what they’d like to be doing. Jody Hatch

Consultant and Project Manager

Jody provides clients with a unique perspective of moving from vision to reality. She is an advisor, workflow efficiency consultant, and implementation manager. Her experience in the past 20 years is in sustainable agricultural businesses. A Masters in Education, and Type Coach certification brings a well-rounded design plan to teams in the thick of growth or change. She uses her personal variety of business ownership experiences to provide insight into the many facets of business development.

Jody’s teaching style and ‘boots on the ground’ approach is geared to provide a team with a fun and efficient path towards strategy, clarity, and connection. She provides tools/resources and supports the implementation process as an active participant, challenging both individuals and large organizations in their process development goals. A lifelong learner, Jody has pursued her quest for learning, teaching and connect others in designing strategies that put shape to the ideas that matter to them most.

Jennifer Daily

HR and Administrative Specialist

Jennifer is a systems and process professional. Jennifer has experience and expertise in human resources, low-income housing, insurance and medical office administration. She has extensive background in day-today HR management and has partnered with dozens of companies to help in the administration, process and compliance of the ever-changing human resource landscape. She has worked with several CRM platforms and help offices digitize their documents. She like to listen observe and help others by sharing ideas. Jennifer studies business administration and marketing at LeMoyne College. 

Nicole Cizenski

Client Success Specialist

Nicole brings a wealth of administrative and operational experience to our team. She has been instrumental in developing operational procedures and back-office processes to create efficiency in many professional settings. Nicole aids our consultants in organization of projects and accounting procedures for the entire team. She enjoys using her resources and personal experience to support her peers.
